Yesterday was my bi-weekly ultrasound. Thing 3 looks great, still measuring 2 weeks ahead and an estimated weight of well over 5 lbs. The measurements are making me feel better about wanting to delivery earlier. The ultrasound also showed that Thing 3 is practicing breathing which also makes me feel better about a possible early arrival too. Cervix is still stable at 1 cm so likelihood of going into labor has stayed the same while the risks for Thing 3 keep going down.
Well you've passed where I made it with Kaia and she was only 3 lbs 6 oz when she was born and she did very well for a 32 weeker. So let's hope Thing 3 stays put for a few more weeks at least and avoids an NICU stay entirely! Glad to hear things are doing well.
